Benefits Coordinator
Pay: $26–$35/hour
Type: Temporary
Location: Pleasanton, CA (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to participant inquiries related to pension eligibility, plan benefits, and application status.
- Provide clear guidance using benefits documentation, plan summaries, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to research complex cases and escalate issues appropriately.
- Maintain accurate case logs, documentation, and tracking reports.
- Support year‑end activities, file audits, and data clean‑up initiatives as needed.
- Assist with special projects related to pension administration and workflow optimization.
Qualifications
- Experience working with pension, benefits, accounting, or HR‑related data
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent data‑entry accuracy and documentation discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort navigating multiple administrative systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a case‑driven environment.
