Main responsibilities of this direct hire AR Specialist role include:Accurately record customer payments, including checks, cash, ACH, and wire transfers.Process credit card transactions.Complete daily cash receipt reconciliations.Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.Assist with weekly collection activities.Set up new customer accounts.Minimum qualifications:Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any large ERP system.Professional with solid communication skills able to effectively interact with not only internal teams but with customers.Strong analytically, organized, and good problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, and 401K plan.
