Administrative Assistant Project Coordinator

Location: Tysons, VA (TTH)

Compensation: $24–$28 per hour (temporary) | $57,000–$67,000 if converted to permanent

About the Role:

LHH is partnering with a engineering firm in the Tysons, VA area to bring on a proactive Project Coordinator. This is a temporary position with the possibility to convert to a permanent role. You’ll be at the heart of proposal and contract work, helping drive projects from start to finish. If you enjoy coordinating across teams, managing details, and keeping projects moving smoothly, this is the role for you.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications
  • Take ownership of proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, while focusing on project management and client-facing work
