Role Details

- $20/hr
- 100% in office
- Filing documentation related to Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
- Entering sales orders and purchase orders into Sage 100 system (prior experience not required)
- Answering phone calls and routing them to the appropriate team member promptly and accurately
- Supporting the Accounting Manager during the annual audit
- Supporting the Office Administrator with other tasks as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily administrative tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, including Sage 100 ERP software
- High learning agility with the ability to quickly grasp new processes and handle evolving responsibilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work
- Flexibility in schedule: candidate may arrange working hours to their convenience within business hours (Monday through Friday, 8-5).
