LHH is partnering with a growing, product-driven organization who is seeking an experienced IT Director to own and evolve its end-to-end technology and system ecosystem. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys building clarity, scaling systems, and creating strong alignment between technology and business outcomes. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite a week.

What You'll Do
- Own and drive the overall IT and data strategy , from near-term stabilization to long-term scalability
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small internal team spanning IT operations and data & analytics
- Oversee enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, and e-commerce systems, ensuring reliability and alignment across the business
- Improve system integrations, infrastructure, security, and documentation
- Partner closely with finance, operations, supply chain, and corporate teams
- Support both corporate and warehouse environments, including periodic onsite presence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology investments, costs, and risk
- 3 years of people leadership experience in IT
- Proven experience building an IT roadmap, including strategy, cost, and execution plans
- Strong hands-on background in infrastructure, networks, security, and Microsoft ecosystems
- Experience leading and supporting ERP platforms, including vendor management and cross-functional usage
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Industry exposure to retail, consumer goods, health, logistics highly preferred
- Willingness to work hybrid onsite and occasional travel as needed
- $130k - $150k Salary Annual Discretionary bonus up to 20%
