Duties
- Purchase order date maintenance (confirmations, due date updates)
- Vendor documentation management (ISO certs, compliance updates)
- Item card creation and maintenance
- Supplier onboarding (ARIBA - indirect, NAV - direct)
- General ARIBA support and help requests
- RFQ entry and tracking
- Initial preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations (RFQs) for a wide range of commodities
- Process modifications to terms and conditions of purchase agreements
- Perform commercial analysis on suppliers to develop more efficient processes and cost-effective solutions
- Contacting Suppliers and updating POs (Purchase Orders)
- Order Confirmation and Kanban Releases
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
