Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day office operations to ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming environment
- Provide basic IT troubleshooting support and coordinate with external IT providers as needed
- Work closely with vendors, building management, and service providers to support facility operations
- Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
- Support the facility by coordinating maintenance, supplies, and office needs
- Assist HR, payroll, and accounting teams with administrative support as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and shared spaces
- Act as a leader within the office, supporting employees and ensuring operational consistency
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable handling basic IT troubleshooting and vendor coordination
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of office operations
- Proficiency with standard office software and administrative systems
