• Purchase order date maintenance (confirmations, due date updates)
• Vendor documentation management (ISO certs, compliance updates)
• Item card creation and maintenance
• Supplier onboarding (ARIBA – indirect, NAV – direct)
• General ARIBA support and help requests
• PRFQ entry and tracking
