This is a fully onsite, full-time role supporting day-to-day benefits administration activities. The position is strictly temporary and intended to provide short-term coverage and administrative support-no permanent hire or extension is planned.This role is well-suited for an HR coordinator or benefits administrator with hands-on experience supporting employee benefits processes in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport employee benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plansAssist employees with benefits questions and enrollment navigationProcess new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminationsMaintain accurate benefits records in HRIS systems and spreadsheetsCoordinate with vendors and internal HR partners on routine benefits mattersDistribute benefits communications and assist with open enrollment preparationPerform data entry, audits, and administrative reporting as neededProvide general HR administrative support related to benefitsRequired Qualifications1-3 years of experience in benefits administration, HR coordination, or HR administrative supportWorking knowledge of standard employee benefit plansStrong attention to detail and data accuracyComfortable handling confidential employee informationProficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)Ability to work onsite in Tacoma, WA, Monday-Friday for the full assignmentImportant NotesThis is a temporary, 3-month contract role onlyNo conversion to permanent employmentFully onsite-remote or hybrid work is not availableFull-time schedule during standard business hoursPay Details: $27.00 to $28.00 per hourSearch managed by: Gerald Morales Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
