LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with an outstanding company office in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Full-Time onsite Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a Monday through Friday position $22.00-$25.00 per hour depending on prior experience.
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing high-volume vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day accounts payable functions.

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing high-volume vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day accounts payable functions.
Key Responsibilities
- High-volume processing of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Three way matching of invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Review invoices for proper approval, coding, and compliance
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice and payment inquiries
- Perform additional accounting or administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 2 years of recent accounts payable experience
- Strong data entry and 10-Key skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with accounting or ERP system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
