- Scan invoices and upload them into the company database
- Match invoices and determine account coding
- Prepare check vouchers and submit for approvals
- Review aging and determine invoices to be paid
- Complete other accounting projects as required
- 3 plus years accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Works well independently as well as on a team
