We are conducting a confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a stable, long-standing family-owned organization entering an important transition phase. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will partner closely with ownership and the executive team to guide financial strategy, modernize financial operations, and help position the company for long-term independence and growth.

This Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a key role in shaping the company’s next chapter.

  • Lead financial and organizational transformation for a respected multi-generational company
