This role involves collaborating with department heads to identify training needs, developing curriculum, integrating AI components, and evaluating program effectiveness to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Training Program Development:Design and develop engaging training programs and materials across various formats, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars.Identify training needs through consultations with department managers and employee surveys.AI Integration:Incorporate AI technologies into training programs to personalize learning and improve efficiency.Evaluate and implement AI tools that enhance training delivery and assessment.Implementation and Management:Oversee the deployment of training programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.Manage training schedules, resources, and logistics to support seamless execution.Evaluation and Reporting:Analyze training impact through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.Report on program effectiveness and suggest improvements based on data.Collaboration and Leadership:Work with cross-functional teams to ensure training meets business needs and enhances organizational capabilities.Guide and mentor trainers and facilitators, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s preferred.5 years of experience in training development, with a focus on instructional design and learning technologies.Experience integrating AI tools into training programs is highly desirable.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS systems, and AI technologies.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesHealth, insurance401(k) planPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and continuing educationCompany DescriptionA Los Angeles-based legal industry leader is looking to expand its operation by adding a qualified Training Development Manager.
