Role OverviewThe Client Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring large law firms, cultivating high-value relationships, and supporting revenue expansion through strategic partnership development. This role focuses on direct outreach, visiting firms in person, attending industry events, and nurturing executive-level relationships that lead to large, scalable engagements.The CRM will help firms adopt new operational solutions, identify opportunities to expand headcount or services, and support long-term growth partnerships — ultimately driving revenue and national expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Acquisition & GrowthTarget and acquire large law firms across the U.S. through outbound outreach and direct engagement.Schedule and conduct on-site visits with firms to establish rapport, understand internal processes, and build trust.Develop tailored proposals and present solutions that enable expansion, operational efficiency, and staffing scale.Lead the full sales cycle — from first introduction through contract execution.Executive Relationship DevelopmentBuild and maintain relationships with Partners, COOs, CEOs, Managing Attorneys, and legal leadership.Become a trusted advisor — understanding firm structure, pipeline volume, intake performance, and staffing needs.Conduct regular firm visits, walkthroughs, and strategic check-ins to deepen trust and increase account value.Collaborate internally to align services with growth goals, operational efficiency, and long-term scaling.Operational Scaling & Revenue ImpactIdentify staffing gaps, intake capacity bottlenecks, and workflow inefficiencies during firm visits.Recommend solutions that increase case throughput, reduce administrative cost, and support operational scale.Introduce onboarding teams when firms are ready to expand headcount or adopt new service packages.Track revenue impact across acquired accounts, ensuring measurable growth outcomes.Market Outreach & ExpansionTravel to major U.S. markets for firm visits, networking, and pipeline development.Represent the company at legal conferences, summits, client offices, and enterprise-level meetings.Build new regional strongholds and expand the company’s national footprint through face-to-face engagement.Develop local referral channels, association relationships, and strategic law firm partnerships.Pipeline Ownership & ReportingManage CRM pipeline, forecasting, and weekly sales reporting.Track outreach activity, deal velocity, objections, and close rate metrics.Maintain documentation for all firm interactions, proposals, and projected scale opportunities.QualificationsExperience in enterprise sales, legal industry development, or strategic partnership management.Proven ability to close large-value accounts and develop executive rapportExcellent communicator — persuasive, confident, and relationship-driven.Skilled in negotiation, consultative sales, and solution-based selling.Comfortable with national travel, regular firm visits, and in-person business development.Understanding of law firm workflows, revenue models, and operational scaling needs.
