Legal Soft specializes in recruiting top-tier international talent for US-based law firms. Our clients are attorneys and law firms seeking highly skilled virtual professionals—and demand is higher and pickier than ever. Finding the perfect candidate now feels like searching for a unicorn.

We are looking for hungry, aggressive, roll-up-your-sleeves recruiters who will stop at nothing to find these unicorn candidates. If you thrive in a fast-paced, challenge-driven environment, this opportunity is for you.

This is a remote position, open exclusively to US residents, operating as a 1099 contractor.

No base salary — commission only.

Earn $400 for every successful placement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify requirements for open positions
• Research and apply updated and creative sourcing techniques
• Search resume databases, portfolio sites, and online platforms
• Use Boolean logic and advanced search strategies to find qualified candidates
• Send job offers and outreach messages to prospective candidates
• Post job advertisements on job boards and social media channels
• Attend virtual job fairs and networking events to source talent
• Contact industry professionals for referrals
• Maintain and organize candidate databases
• Negotiate terms of hire with candidates
• Prepare and present time-to-hire and recruitment performance reports

Please Note: This is an in-office position. The expectation is that all work will be performed on-site at our Woodland Hills office.
