Who You Are
- Motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed targets
- Experienced in managing and developing recruiters
- Background in a recruiting agency or in-house legal recruitment (preferred)
- Familiar with legal hiring, attorney roles, and industry terminology
- Persuasive, strategic, and highly communicative
What You’ll Do
- Utilize AI tools to identify and source top-tier talent
- Drive proactive, full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs
- Collaborate with Leadership and Sales on hiring goals and role prioritization
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to target passive candidates
- Track and optimize recruiting metrics, team performance, and hiring outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven recruiting success, ideally within legal or professional services
- Strong understanding of attorney positions and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using recruitment platforms, ATS tools, and AI-powered sourcing
- A proactive, self-starting leader passionate about building high-performing teams
