Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor financial advisors to support professional development and production goals
- Recruit and onboard new advisors as the firm continues to expand
- Maintain personal production through financial planning and client advisory services
- Provide guidance on prospecting, client relationship development, and business planning
- Support advisors in building and managing their practices
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture within the office
- Partner with leadership to drive growth initiatives and advisor development strategies
Qualifications
- Active Florida 2-15 (215) Life, Health & Variable Annuities License required
- Series 6 license preferred
- Experience as a producing financial advisor within an insurance or financial services organization
- Prior experience mentoring, training, or leading advisors strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
- Strong leadership, recruiting, and coaching abilities
