Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal with strong plaintiff-side experience to support our attorneys in managing high-volume personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full case lifecycle for personal injury and bodily injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement.
- Draft and review legal documents including complaints, discovery requests, motions, demands, and settlement documents.
- Handle client intake, medical record collection, and organization.
- Negotiate and resolve medical liens and subrogation claims.
- Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
- Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations.
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and hearings.
- Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines in case management software (Clio, Filevine, or similar).
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certificate or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 years of hands-on Personal Injury Paralegal experience on the plaintiff side.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law, insurance claims, and bodily injury terminology.
- Proficient in Clio, Filevine, MyCase, or similar case management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
