CORPORATE PARALEGAL
A growing organization is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support its legal department in Miami. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on corporate matters, transactional support, contract administration, and day-to-day legal operations in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for corporate transactions, including due diligence and closing coordination
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, organizing, and managing legal documentation and agreements
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and supporting materials as needed
- Coordinate and track legal matters, documentation, invoices, and related records
- Support legal department operations, administrative processes, and special projects
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and business information
- Assist with additional legal and operational responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
- Paralegal certification preferred
- 3-5 years of corporate paralegal experience required
- Experience supporting corporate transactions or M&A activity preferred
- Combination of law firm and in-house experience is a plus
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
