- Analyze financial results and provide meaningful insights into performance trends, key drivers, and variances against budget and forecast.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop, review, and refine budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Contribute to the enhancement and standardization of financial planning tools, models, and reporting processes to support effective decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline financial reporting and analytical processes, improving efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
- Prepare, maintain, and validate profit & loss reports, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and cost allocation.
- Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, understand operational drivers, and develop reliable financial forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance is required
- 3 years' financial analysis experience at a large company
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
