Leeds Professional Resources is working with a company in Charlotte, NC that is looking for a Project Manager. This person will be responsible for handling projects from conception to completion by providing detail and organization to the management of furniture
and/or architectural interiors order and installation process.
Responsibilities
- Accurately complete site survey to obtain valid labor quotes
- Create Project Plan (including overall timeline) and Installation Schedules for project
- Schedule install resources to budget
- Manage customer expectations during installation
- Conduct pre and post installation meetings with project team, especially lead installed
- Monitor installations. Raise concerns when appropriate and document issues and scope change
- Field verify dimensions, electrical/data interface locations
Experience
- 5 years commercial furniture experience
- Project management of furniture and architectural interiors order and installation process
- Experience with projects ranging from $250k - $1MM
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
