Key Responsibilities
- Review case information to determine appropriate payment allocations following settlement
- Analyze and reconcile outstanding balances prior to final disbursement
- Communicate with third parties to validate and resolve financial obligations
- Negotiate reductions where applicable to improve overall case outcomes
- Monitor open items and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate accurate payment processing
- Provide clear instructions to accounting for disbursement execution
- Support attorneys and staff in closing out cases efficiently
Qualifications
