A growing real estate development organization is seeking a Development Manager to support the planning, budgeting, and execution of residential development projects throughout South Florida.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of residential development projects
- Support predevelopment activities including budgeting, scheduling, consultant coordination, and project planning
- Prepare and analyze project budgets, cost estimates, and development schedules
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and consultant deliverables
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and municipal agencies throughout the development process
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance
- Assist with contractor procurement, bid evaluations, and contract administration
- Oversee construction of project-related facilities and support project execution efforts
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, preconstruction, estimating, or project management
- Strong understanding of construction budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and project execution
- Experience with multifamily, condominium, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
