We are seeking an experienced HR leader to serve as a key partner to senior leadership, overseeing employee relations, talent management, and day-to-day HR operations for a growing organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting a multi-state workforce.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistent execution of policies, processes, and employee support
- Oversee complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Partner with leadership to execute talent acquisition and retention strategies aligned with business needs
- Manage and develop HR team members, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and performance standards
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states
- Support and enhance HR programs including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Utilize HR data and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 12 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
- Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and HR operations
- Experience supporting multi-state organizations
- Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a regulated industry such as manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare preferred
- Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
