Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes.
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
3 years of accounting experience (typically 3-5 years depending on level).
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other MS Office tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
