How You’ll Contribute
- Drive team success by recruiting, mentoring, and fostering a supportive environment that address employee needs and ensure transparency in communication.
- Maintain and enforce plant safety and environmental programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical expertise to streamline scheduling, planning, quality assurance, and project completion for critical outrages.
- Strategize and execute comprehensive scopes of work, budgets, and schedules forced maintenance and planned outages.
- Administer company policies and procedures with consistency and care.
- Build collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to support the overarching goals of the facility.
- Nine or more years of experience in power plant operations, maintenance, engineering, work management, planning, business support, environmental services or construction or other relevant experience, including three or more years' experience preparing and managing budgets and supervising employees.
- A degree(s) in power generation, engineering, business, science, math or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Proficient in streamlining operations and managing schedules.
- Experience operating within a high-volume industrial environment.
- Experience in cultivating a high-performing team that fosters a culture of ownership.
