How You’ll Contribute
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging employee, leadership, and compliance training using standard processes and diverse delivery methods such as classroom, web-based, and blended learning.
- Collaborate with department leaders and management to align learning initiatives with company-wide strategies and build stronger work teams in assigned areas.
- Provide managers with tailored recommendations for specific team and individual needs to ensure learning solutions remain relevant across various work environments.
- Manage diverse day-to-day L&D activities and use Learning Management Systems (LMS) to efficiently administer training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness, while also creating and promoting comprehensive mentorship solutions.
- Assist in establishing and managing the L&D program budget and coordinating with external vendors who deliver training on behalf of the organization.
- Six or more years of experience in companywide and/or operational training and development programs or other relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in human resource management, business administration, or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver's license
