Our client is an established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm looking for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to support its expanding practice in Denver, CO. They seek motivated attorneys with experience in plaintiff-side personal injury who can handle a high-volume caseload and manage both pre-litigation and litigation cases across various personal injury matters. Candidates with a background in medical malpractice or nursing home litigation are especially encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a mix of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters.
- Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases.
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and case-related correspondence.
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances when required.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience.
- Experience with medical malpractice or nursing home cases is a strong plus.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado State Bar.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 β $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, trial exposure, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
