This is a unique opportunity to join one of the few firms in California known for aggressively litigating employment defense matters, offering attorneys meaningful hands-on experience and direct exposure to high-impact cases.
Position Overview:
As an Employment Attorney, you will work on a broad range of employment litigation matters, primarily on the defense side, with additional exposure to business and contract disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct depositions and assist with trial preparation
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy
- Handle matters involving wage & hour, wrongful termination, and related claims
Qualifications:
- 3 years of employment law experience (defense or plaintiff)
- Strong litigation skills and experience managing cases
- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 β $250,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
