Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join a growing transactional practice in Scottsdale. This role involves handling a wide range of commercial and residential real estate matters, working closely with clients and internal teams to manage transactions from structuring through closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and related transactional materials
- Conduct and oversee due diligence, including title and survey review
- Advise clients on deal structure, risk assessment, and compliance matters
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in Arizona (or ability to waive in)
- 4 years of experience in real estate or transactional law
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and documentation
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is between $195,000 – $225,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, billable performance, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
