Title: Associate Attorney – HOA / Real Estate / Probate Litigation

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid)

Low billable-hour requirement of only 1,200 – 1,500 annually

The firm offers attorneys the opportunity to handle sophisticated litigation while maintaining a high-quality work-life balance with a significantly lower billable-hour expectation than many traditional law firms.

Responsibilities

• Manage HOA, real estate, or probate litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice to clients.
• Independently manage cases while collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals.
• Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Effectively manage caseloads while meeting the firm's annual billable-hour expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HOA or Real Estate experience is required.
• Strong experience handling HOA OR Homeowners Association OR Real Estate litigation matters.
• Strong writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $210,000 – $235,000, plus a discretionary Christmas bonus. Compensation within the range may vary based on experience, qualifications, practice-area expertise, and other relevant factors.
