Position Overview:
Our Client is a well-established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm that is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to support its growing practice in the Minneapolis, MN market. Our Client is looking for motivated attorneys with plaintiff personal injury experience who are comfortable managing a high-volume caseload and working on a mix of pre-litigation and litigation matters across a broad range of personal injury cases. Candidates with medical malpractice or nursing home litigation experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a mix of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters.
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and case-related correspondence.
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances when required.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience.
- Experience handling pre-litigation and/or litigation matters.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, trial exposure, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
