THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage a personal injury docket from pre-litigation through trial.
This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role with meaningful upside. You will not be micromanaged.
Our top attorneys are entrusted with high-value cases and have the autonomy to drive them to resolution. Every attorney has dedicated support staff and the resources needed to focus on winning cases.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage your own caseload from intake through resolution
- Handle both pre-litigation and active litigation matters
- Take and defend depositions
- Lead mediations and settlement negotiations
- First-chair trials
- Develop case strategy and execute at a high level
- Work collaboratively with firm leadership and litigation teams
- Deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage
- Have an enjoyable life outside of the office and the law
COMPENSATION
This is a performance-driven, entrepreneurial compensation model.
- Compensation is directly tied to the attorney fees you generate
- Six-figure earnings are expected for productive attorneys (range between $150,000 and $450,000)
- Uncapped earning potential
This structure rewards attorneys who take ownership, drive results, and consistently deliver value.
