What You’ll Own
Department Leadership
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of pre-litigation attorneys and staff
- Build a high-performance culture centered on results, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Develop future leaders within the department
- Drive case value, cycle time, and overall department productivity
- Establish and enforce clear KPIs and performance standards
- Identify gaps quickly and take decisive action
- Provide high-level guidance on liability, damages, and negotiation strategy
- Ensure cases are progressing efficiently from intake through resolution
- Partner with litigation leadership on escalation and case transfer strategy
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Improve workflows across intake, legal, and support teams
- Leverage data to drive decision-making and performance
- Partner closely with Intake and Marketing on case quality and lead performance
- Ensure alignment between what is signed and what is successfully resolved
- Serve as a key voice in firm-wide operational strategy
- You will shape the direction of a critical department
- You will have visibility with leadership and influence on firm strategy

- JD and active license in Colorado
- Active license in Texas a plus
- 5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience (pre-litigation required)
- Proven leadership experience (formal or informal)
- Strong track record of case results and negotiation success
- Experience with case management systems (Filevine, Lead Docket, or similar)
