A well-established and highly respected personal injury firm is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level attorneys or litigators looking to transition into personal injury law, offering hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and a high-volume caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
• Conduct client consultations and case evaluations
• Negotiate settlements and support trial preparation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff
Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 0–6 years of experience (PI or civil litigation preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Licensed or eligible to practice law in Arizona
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $180,000, depending on experience. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Bonus:
• Average $5,000–$10,000 per quarter
• Additional $5,000 year-end bonus
