A leading law firm dedicated to fighting for clients who have suffered personal injuries is seeking a passionate and skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in Washington and help make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar
- 3 years of experience in personal injury, representing plaintiffs in a variety of claims
- Experience handling motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, wrongful death cases, and other negligence-based claims
- Ability to manage cases from initial client intake through investigation, negotiation, and trial or settlement
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team-oriented environment
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications of the successful candidate.
