This role centers on managing pre-litigation personal injury cases while guiding clients through the legal process from intake to potential litigation.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day pre-litigation personal injury matters
• Guide clients through each stage of the case process
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents and demand packages
• Oversee settlement negotiations and resolution strategies
• Manage liability assessments and approval processes
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded client statements
• Supervise and lead a team of 6–10 case managers
• Ensure compliance with firm KPIs and operational standards
• Prepare cases for transition into litigation when necessary

Qualifications
• 1 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney or Pre-Litigation Attorney
• Experience handling high-volume personal injury cases preferred
• Arizona Bar required
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Self-motivated with long-term career growth focus
