Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses
- Assist with wage & hour, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination matters
- Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams on complex employment cases
- Manage case deadlines and maintain organized case files
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar or eligible for admission
- 1 years of civil litigation experience preferred
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $225,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
