Job Title: Intake Coordinator – Plaintiff Personal Injury

A growing plaintiff personal injury law firm in Houston is seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to join its pre-litigation team. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from potential clients and conduct initial case screenings
• Gather accident details and determine whether a matter is a viable personal injury case
• Follow established intake questionnaires and accurately document client information
• Maintain organized case records and perform detailed data entry
• Provide empathetic, professional, and customer-focused support throughout the intake process
• Collaborate with the pre-litigation team to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications:

• 2 years of intake or legal support experience
• At least 1 year of plaintiff personal injury experience required
• Experience working in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between [$60,000 – $80,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
