Candidate Qualifications
- 3 years of insurance defense experience
- Experience handling matters involving general liability, premises liability, personal injury, product liability, construction defect, transportation, or related defense litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, deposition, and motion practice skills
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while collaborating effectively with a team
- Excellent client communication and case management abilities
- Active California Bar license in good standing
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $185,000, depending on experience. Factors that may affect compensation include market conditions, experience, skills, education, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
