Family Law Paralegal
Location: Hybrid – Roseville, CA
Compensation: Up to $105,000 Base Salary

Our client, a well-established and highly respected boutique law firm, is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its growing team. Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, declarations, subpoenas, and discovery.
- Prepare Judicial Council forms and ensure compliance with California court rules and filing procedures.
- Manage case files from intake through trial and post-judgment proceedings.
- Prepare financial disclosures, Income & Expense Declarations, Schedule of Assets & Debts, and other family law financial documentation.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, settlement conferences, and mediation..
- Maintain accurate billing entries and case management records.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of Family Law Paralegal experience.
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program required.
- Strong knowledge of California Family Code, Rules of Court, and civil procedure.
- Experience handling divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, domestic violence, and post-judgment matters.
- Proficiency with California e-filing systems and court procedures.
- Excellent drafting, organizational, and time-management skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$90,000 – $105,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
