Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations
- Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- Experience in civil litigation or insurance defense or general liability defense or premises liability or product liability or injury defense or civil defense litigation.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
