A growing plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking a Case Manager to support its pre-litigation team. This position is ideal for candidates with insurance claims or personal injury case management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Gather information necessary to prepare claims and demand packages.
- Obtain and organize medical records and supporting documentation.
- Draft settlement demands.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding property damage, bodily injury, and personal injury protection (PIP) claims.
- Monitor case progress and maintain accurate case documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in personal injury case management or insurance claims.
- Insurance adjuster experience is highly preferred.
- Experience handling bodily injury and auto liability claims is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
