Responsibilities
- Manage complex cases in Employment Law, Wage & Hour or PAGA OR FEHA matters.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and high-stakes settlement conferences to secure favorable outcome.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar admission (required)
- More than 3 years of experience is required as an Associate OR Attorney
- Experience in handling employment law or employment litigation or labor and employment or wrongful termination or PAGA or wage and hour or FEHA or discrimination or harassment or retaliation or single plaintiff or class action.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Annual base salary range: $190k – $240k/year. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
