We are currently hiring for an Entry-Level Management Trainee position supporting nonprofit and charitable campaigns within established retail locations.
This opportunity is designed for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in fundraising, retail sales, community outreach, campaign operations, team development, and leadership.
As a Management Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced team leaders while learning the day-to-day operations of charity-focused retail campaigns. You'll gain direct experience engaging with the public, raising awareness for nonprofit organizations, generating donor support, and developing the skills needed to take on greater leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations inside established retail locations
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face conversations
- Educate individuals about charitable causes, programs, and current initiatives
- Raise awareness and generate donor support for nonprofit campaigns
- Assist interested individuals with becoming donors or ongoing supporters
- Develop effective communication, fundraising, and customer engagement skills
- Work toward individual and team campaign goals
- Support daily retail campaign operations
- Learn how to coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Track campaign activity, performance goals, and key metrics
- Participate in ongoing fundraising, leadership, and management training
- Help create a positive, goal-oriented team environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous sales, fundraising, retail, customer service, leadership, or team-based experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Motivated to learn fundraising, leadership, and management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven retail environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, people-oriented, and motivated by goals and professional growth.
No previous management or fundraising experience is required. Hands-on training and ongoing coaching are provided to help Management Trainees develop their skills in charity fundraising, customer engagement, campaign management, team development, and leadership.
