Launch Point is recruiting on behalf of our client for a full-time Retail Customer Team Member in the Chicagoland area!
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to introduce and explain available AT&T products, services, and current promotions. This position combines customer engagement with face-to-face sales and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating confidently, and working toward performance-based goals.
No prior telecommunications or sales experience is required. Paid training is provided to help new team members develop their product knowledge, customer communication skills, and sales techniques.
What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face conversations
- Represent AT&T products and services professionally
- Introduce customers to available wireless products, service options, and current promotions
- Ask questions to understand individual customer needs
- Explain available plans, pricing, features, and benefits
- Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs
- Assist interested customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about available services
- Maintain knowledge of current AT&T products, promotions, and campaign updates
- Follow client guidelines, compliance requirements, and enrollment procedures
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Attend required training sessions, meetings, and campaign updates
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Motivated and comfortable working in a sales-focused environment
- Goal-oriented and driven by performance
- Reliable, coachable, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or telecommunications experience is helpful but not required
- Full-time availability is required
Compensation
- W-2 employment
- Base pay commission
- Average weekly earnings: $800–$1,400
- Earnings may vary based on individual sales performance

Schedule & Location
This is a full-time, in-person position. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to required meetings, training sessions, and assigned sales locations.
