We are currently hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as AT&T Wireless Sales Representatives in Ogden, UT.
This is an entry-level, customer-facing sales position focused on representing AT&T wireless products and services within established retail locations. Representatives engage directly with customers, introduce available wireless plans and promotions, answer questions, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities
- Represent AT&T wireless products and services within retail locations
- Engage customers through professional, face-to-face conversations
- Educate customers on wireless plans, devices, promotions, and service options
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist customers with wireless activations, upgrades, and enrollments
- Meet individual and team sales performance goals
- Maintain a positive, professional customer experience
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team development
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Motivated by goals, performance incentives, and growth opportunities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers in person
- Reliable transportation to retail locations in the Ogden area
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
