Launch Point is currently hiring on behalf of our client for an Entry-Level Management Trainee position in Merrillville, Indiana.

As a Management Trainee, you'll represent energy programs within established retail locations while learning sales strategies, customer acquisition, team operations, and leadership skills. Our client provides paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Represent energy programs within retail locations throughout the Merrillville area
- Engage with customers and educate them on available energy options and services
- Assist interested customers with enrollment and customer acquisition
- Develop effective sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Support daily retail sales operations and marketing campaigns
- Learn team coaching, leadership, and management fundamentals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a retail environment
- Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
