Launch Point is currently hiring on behalf of our client for an Entry-Level Management Trainee position in Pequot Lakes, Minnesota, serving the surrounding area.

As a Management Trainee, you'll represent AT&T wireless products and services within established retail locations while learning sales strategies, customer acquisition, team operations, and leadership skills. What You'll Do
- Represent AT&T wireless products and services within retail locations
- Engage with customers and educate them on wireless plans, devices, and promotions
- Assist customers with product selection, account solutions, and new service enrollments
- Develop effective sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Support daily retail operations and promotional campaigns
- Learn team coaching, leadership, and management fundamentals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a retail environment
