Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Pipeline Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and support initial candidate outreach and coordination
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless experience
- Support the tracking of candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Help ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates
- Draft and refine candidate communications, including outreach and interview confirmations
- Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the development of job postings aligned to company voice and brand
- Assist with early talent initiatives (e.g., internships, university partnerships, community engagement)
- Contribute ideas to enhance the organization’s employment brand
- Track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, candidate conversion rates)
- Support reporting and insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and enhance tools/systems
- Own a defined talent acquisition project from start to finish
- Example projects may include building a talent pipeline strategy for a priority role or function
- Outline best practice Talent Acquisition processes, including drafting templates and supporting global alignment and implementation
- Exposure to enterprise-level talent acquisition in a multi-industry organization
- Hands-on experience with sourcing, coordination, and recruiting operations
- Opportunity to contribute to initiatives that directly impact hiring outcomes and candidate experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in recruiting, talent strategy, and candidate experience
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate with ownership, curiosity, and a growth mindset
