Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data across business units
- Support financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning for potential investments or acquisitions
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards to track key financial and performance metrics (e.g., revenue, EBITDA, margins, growth trends)
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to support M&A pipeline development
- Support due diligence efforts by organizing, validating, and synthesizing data
- Prepare data-driven insights and materials for internal stakeholders, including leadership and deal teams
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making

- Building a financial performance dashboard across portfolio companies or business units
- Developing a valuation model or benchmarking tool for acquisition targets
- Analyzing historical deal data to identify trends and investment criteria
- Creating a standardized data framework to support M&A due diligence
- Executive-ready presentation summarizing analysis, insights, and recommendations
- Supporting financial model, dashboard, or analytical tool
- Exposure to corporate finance, M&A, and investment strategy in a diversified organization
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and performance reporting

- Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
Education:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel (required); experience with financial modeling strongly preferred
- Exposure to data tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
- Interest in corporate finance, private equity, venture investing, or M&A
- Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- Understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Familiarity with valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions)
- Experience working with large or complex datasets
- Exposure to market research and competitive analysis
